Italian Legendary Tour stops at Castello Dal Pozzo

The Tour arrives at the Castello Dal Pozzo
The Italian Legendary Tour, in its 3rd edition this year, organised by AGV and Dainese, leaders in the field of hi-tech equipment for 2 wheel afficionados, allowed 80 enthusiasts from 15 countries the possibility of discovering northern Italy from the Alps to the Lakes, from Vicenza to Turin. Starting out from La Vallarsa in the Trentino mountains, the road wound down round Lake Garda to Nago and then on down to Riva del Garda for the night. Then on to Como and a trip over the lake courtesy of the aereoclubcomo.com and across to Lake Maggiore where the second night was spent at Castello Dal Pozzo, historic House overlooking the Lake, complete with a dinner on the Isola Pescatori overlooking the magnificent Palazzo Borromeo. The third day the bikes set off for Turin via Biella, visiting a brewery and a cheese factory (Caseificio Botalla, (Birreria Menabrea) before arriving in the centre of Turin. In a recent survey of behavior on airplanes, Lonely Planet asked readers a series of questions with the intent of establishing some basic guidelines for the traveling community to promote peace on airplanes. Flying can be stressful and tiring enough – we should at least know how to get along with one another. But how can we know what others expect without asking?
