Verbania: ARTS & CRAFTS and SHOWS
July 9th-11th from Friday to Sunday, from 6pm to midnight, don’t forget the 23th Edition of “Spettacolerie”, street art festival and “Mestieranda”, arts and crafts festival.
Three unforgettable evenings and many events included the 1st edition of “Orchids in Verbania – The Myth and the Elegance”.
“Spettacolerie” features many street-artists who will liven up the lakefront in Pallanza: clowns, a little circus, puppets and jugglers and a fascinating contemporary circus-show.
Finally “Mestieranda”, a fair with its local and rich manufactured articles. Many artisans from all over Italy will present their products on the Pallanza lakefront.
This event will be guaranteed even in the case of bad weather.
A double appointment with the 8th edition of Verbania Humor”. Cartoonists and comic-strip writers will draw freehand for free caricatures and cartoons for you!
July 10th in Intra will be the first day (from 4pm to 7pm and from 9pm to midnight) in Ranzoni Square.
July 11th in Baveno for the second day.
MUSIC on the LAKE
Verbania – Saturday July 10th
Verbania will host the opening show of the “Summer in Music” review, special guests: Mistic Sounds, two international and italian pop musicians playing dif ferent styles. Location: Villa Giulia Café, free admission at 9pm.
Arona – Saturday July 10th
Arona hosts the 5th International Organ Festival in the Collegiata Church on Saturday July 10th 9.15pm.
Verbania – Saturday 10th July

ARMONIA SUL LAGO – Pella (Lake Orta)
The 5th edition of this amazing annual musical event featuring top quality music in one of the most scenic locations on Orta Lake.
The events for 2010 edition include a range of wonderful locations and fascinating artistic programmes like religious music, famous serenades and musical tales.
Saturday July 10th the opening concert features the St. Petersburg “Ochtinsky Centre” choir conducted by Ekaterina Andreeva – Sant’Albio Church, 9.15pm. Admission free.
